Hana Fessahaye is a Paralegal in Conn Maciel Carey’s Washington, DC office supporting the Labor and Employment and OSHA practice groups.

 

• Conducts thorough research on legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law using various resources such as online databases, libraries, and archives.

• Assists in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.

• Manages case files, including organizing and maintaining documents, correspondence, and evidence.

• Prepares and files legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.

• Prepares discovery requests and responses.

 

Prior to joining CMC, Hana was a Senior Paralegal for the Civil CPB Division, with previous experience as a Paralegal at Isler Dare. She also worked as an Operations Manager at Truist Bank where she led fraud detection and compliance measures, enhancing security and operational efficiency.

Outside of the office, Hana enjoys spending time with her family, playing chess, and watching movies.
