Conn Maciel Carey LLP Announces Launch of Newly Redesigned Website

Conn Maciel Carey LLP (“CMC”), a national boutique OSHA/MSHA • Workplace Safety and Labor and Employment law firm, is pleased to announce that it has launched a new redesigned website at www.connmaciel.com. The refreshed site reflects a sleek, modern, and professional interface that showcases the firm’s forward-looking approach and the level of sophistication the firm and its clients represent.

Eric J. Conn, Co-founding and Managing Partner of Conn Maciel Carey and Chair of the firm’s national OSHA & Workplace Safety Practice, said, “Our previous website had been in place since the firm’s inception in 2014. At that time, we were a boutique operation with only a handful of attorneys. Today, the firm looks very different. We have grown into a team of 43 attorneys and staff with seven offices nationwide. We outgrew our original digital footprint.”

New features of the website include:

  • Enhanced accessibility features to ensure that all visitors, including those with disabilities, can easily navigate and interact with the firm’s content. These improvements include descriptive alternative text for images, full keyboard navigation support, improved color contrast to support users with color vision deficiencies, and improved screen reader compatibility.
  • CMC’s four industry-leading blogs – Employer Defense Report, OSHA Defense Report, Cal/OSHA Defense Report, and MSHA Defense Report – are now housed directly on the main website. This integration makes it simpler for clients to find timely updates and critical insights.
  • Attorney biographies, events, and thought leadership are now powered by a dynamic content system with a responsive user design, giving clients a seamless way to identify the right attorney and explore connected resources across desktop and mobile.
  • Other updates, such as print-to-PDF design for bios, services, and blog posts; improved cross-page navigation; enhanced search capabilities; privacy-forward cookie controls; and simplified webinar series registration.

Kara M. Maciel, Co-founding and Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice, said, “Our old website no longer matched our current stature. The new design is a reflection of how much we’ve grown in the last 12 years and our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients.”

The redesign was developed in collaboration with Clockwork Design Group, Inc., whose expertise helped bring the firm’s client‑focused visio
