Kim Wunderlich is a Senior Paralegal in Conn Maciel Carey LLP’s Washington, DC office. Her background includes more than a decade of legal and professional experience, spanning federal government service, private practice, and the financial sector.
Before joining CMC, Kim served for three years as a paralegal in FEMA’s Personnel Law Branch, where she specialized in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) matters and supported complex personnel law cases. Her work contributed to FEMA’s broader legal mission by helping ensure the agency fulfilled its statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
Kim began her legal career at a boutique law firm in Alexandria, Virginia, supporting federal and state criminal defense, as well as medical malpractice and personal injury matters.
Before entering the legal field, Kim spent seven years in banking, where she managed a commercial real estate loan portfolio supporting home builders and land developers.
Outside the Office
Kim resides in Alexandria, VA with her husband, children, and their dog, Tsunami. Outside of work, Kim enjoys running long-distance races and can often be found cheering on her children at their sporting events and music recitals.
