Partner, Labor & Employment Group

Letitia Silas is a Partner in Conn Maciel Carey’s national Labor and Employment practice group.  Letitia brings to the firm dynamic and rich legal experience in traditional labor and employment matters that span both the public and private sectors, including executive experience developing and leading the labor strategy for the nation’s second largest public university system and experience investigating and trying complex labor law cases for the National Labor Relations Board.  Letitia’s practice has a special focus on advising and defending employers in traditional labor and employee relations matters, developing employee relations strategies, collective bargaining, and training and compliance.

Samuel S. Rose is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Conn Maciel Carey. Samuel advises clients and represents them on the full range of employment matters, including ADA, FLSA, FMLA, hiring and termination, trade secrets, and whistleblowing protections. He also represents clients in inspections, investigations, and enforcement actions conducted by state OSHA programs.
