But Cal/OSHA has one of the most complex safety and health regulatory schemes in the country, full of regulations unique to California. Knowing Cal/OSHA’s most frequently citation regulations can assist employers in evaluating their safety and health program. It can also help mitigate the risks that come with enforcement actions.
