California Harassment Training Seminar

Conn Maciel Carey LLP is pleased to offer harassment training seminars for managers and supervisors that meet California harassment training requirements. Each course includes a two‐hour training session per work site, with personalized materials, for a flat fee.

If your Company has 5 or more employees, you must provide nonsupervisory employees with 1 hour of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training, and 2 hours of such training to supervisory employees every 2 years. California imposes specific requirements concerning the content and format of the training seminar.

Effective training on harassment can prove critical in preventing workplace harassment, maintaining a harmonious workplace and avoiding costly litigation.
