Samuel S. Rose is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Conn Maciel Carey LLP supporting both the Labor and Employment and OSHA practice groups.
Samuel advises clients and represents them on a broad range of employment issues including wage and hour and wrongful termination claims. He also develops and revises employee handbooks and workplace policies and procedures.
Samuel represents clients in inspections, investigations, and enforcement actions conducted by state OSHA programs including Cal/OSHA.
Samuel’s legal career began at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office (Brooklyn, NY), where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases. Since moving back to California, he has handled arbitrations and grievances of employee disciplinary matters, and defended individuals and businesses in civil litigation including various labor and employment matters.
When he is not working, he can be found at the dog park with his puppy, supporting the home team at Dodger Stadium, or exploring the culinary scene in Los Angeles.
