To that end, Conn Maciel Carey\u2019s California Practice has created several options to assist employers with compliance.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>A Full Turnkey Workplace Violence Prevention Program Solution<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>We are pleased to offer a flat fee turnkey Workplace Violence Prevention Program which will include the following materials and services:<!--more--><span id=\"more-2222\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. Customized Written Workplace Violence Prevention Plan<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>We will help your organization develop a customized, compliant\u00a0<strong>written Workplace Violence Prevention Plan<\/strong>\u00a0along with all the ancillary documents and sub-policies, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>An Inspection Checklist Specific to Workplace Violence (as part of an initial hazard assessment and as an ongoing tool in the program)<\/li>\n<li>A Corrective Action Log<\/li>\n<li>A Workplace Violence Investigation Report Template<\/li>\n<li>A Violent Incident Log<\/li>\n<li>Employee and Supervisory Workplace Violence Training Sign-in Sheets<\/li>\n<li>A Workplace Violence Prevention Compliance Manual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>2. Workplace Violence Prevention Training Materials and Live Training<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>We will develop customized training materials based on your new written workplace violence prevention plan.<\/li>\n<li>We will conduct initial interactive training programs for supervisors and non supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>We will \u201ctrain the trainer\u201d so your organization can provide the required annual refresher training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>3. Gap Assessments of Related Policies<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>To ensure alignment, we will perform Gap Assessments of existing, related policies and programs that intersect with your new workplace violence prevention plan, such as:\u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Injury and Illness Prevention Plan<\/li>\n<li>Emergency Action Plan<\/li>\n<li>Employee Handbook<\/li>\n<li>Security Protocols<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>4.
