This strategic growth includes the launch of the firm\u2019s Southeast Practice \u2013 a dedicated team focused on the region\u2019s rapidly evolving workplace safety and labor and employment legal landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based in Atlanta, CMC\u2019s Southeast Practice will be led by new CMC Partner Rachel L. Graeber<\/strong><\/a>. Rachel has more than 15 years of experience at the U.S. Department of Labor\u2019s Office of the Solicitor, most recently serving as the Regional OSHA Counsel for the Atlanta Region (Region IV)\u2013the top attorney for OSHA throughout the Southeast. She began her career in Nashville as part of the MSHA Backlog Litigation Unit, a special project established following the 2010 Upper Big Branch mine tragedy. Her extensive background in managing complex litigation and advising on regulatory strategies across the Southeast positions her as an exceptional leader for CMC\u2019s focus in that region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
