James W. McGraw is a paralegal in Conn Maciel Carey’s San Francisco office. Mr. McGraw works with the Labor • Employment & OSHA • Workplace Safety Practice Groups. He supports the litigation of matters involving disability discrimination and public access, whistleblower status, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour law, as well as matters regarding the California and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Mr. McGraw received his ABA approved Paralegal Certificate from the University of California San Diego in 2015. Before receiving his certificate he worked as a legal assistant with a probate firm in Solana Beach where he began his career in legal services.
Before moving to San Diego Mr. McGraw attended San Francisco State University for four years to complete a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 2011 and spend two years conducting cognitive and social psychology research in the Mind, Brain & Behavior Master’s Program.
Mr. McGraw lives and dances in San Francisco with his girlfriend Marissa.
